Want to experience the greatest night of live music Downtown Holland has ever seen? Just purchase a wristband here or at New Holland Sidecar! New Holland Sidecar is located at 72 East 8th Street, right next door to the pub. Your wristband is your ticket to see all 11 bands performing live in 11 GrooveWalk venues! New Holland Sidecar is open from 11:00 am – 10:00 pm Sunday – Thursday and from 11:00 am – 11:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

Wristbands are just $10 each if purchased prior to April 25. The prices increases to $15 the day of the event. Wristbands purchased online can be picked up at the will call table inside New Holland Sidecar beginning at noon on Saturday, April 25.

You must be 21 or over to attend GrooveWalk. Proper ID is required at each venue, along with your wristband. Designated drivers must also be 21 or over and are required to purchase a GrooveWalk wristband.

Put Your Move on the GrooveXpress

For venues off the beaten path, ride with some of the evening’s most entertaining musicians on the hottest bus in the land. Don’t walk. Don’t drive. Ride the GrooveXpress!

The GrooveXpress buses make a continuous loop throughout Downtown Holland from 9pm – 1:30am during GrooveWalk, stopping at locations near all of the venues. The buses are free to ride, with a wristband of course.

Randy plays a multitude of different instruments, including the flute, Irish penny whistle and over 70 hand percussion instruments. You can find Randy and his wife Darlene performing at churches, fairs and outdoor markets; however, they are best known for their street performing in Downtown Holland, where they regularly perform Gospel, traditional Irish and blues music. The two recently appeared on “Showville”, a new reality TV show on the AMC channel.

Born and raised in Grand Rapids, Matt Gabriel has been playing shows on stage for over 10 years now. The last five of those years have been spent performing all over the country, from the noisy jazz bars in the deep south of Louisiana to the singer/songwriter coffee shops of Seattle. The progression of his ability to blend inspiring lyrics with paralyzing hooks is an honest blend of folk and blues with a solid rock and roll center.

Gary Parker Nola is a solo musician from Grand Rapids, though he originally hails from the Ann Arbor area. His original stylings are complex and creative, using looping and tapping to create a melodic and intriguing sound. Every song he plays has a different feeling. he loves meeting new people, so be sure to say hello.

Designated drivers can pick up a free designated driver wristband at any venue the night of the event. This gets them all the free soft drinks and coffee they can drink at any venue! Just ask any server for the wristband.

Designated driver wristbands are also available at New Holland Sidecar prior to the event.

Designated drivers are required to purchase a GrooveWalk wristband and must be 21 and up to enter the venues.
